Hello everybody and happy Friday! What a busy week it has been! World Book Day, Victorian Day, as well as lots of other brilliant learning, means the week has flown by. We hope you enjoyed seeing all the photos from our fabulous experience days this week. The children gained some fantastic knowledge and enjoyment from the Victorian Day (as well as a good telling off from the very strict Victorian teacher!). Also, they got to experience author visits, dress up competitions and a chance to read with other year groups on World Book Day! Upcoming Dates: On the week beginning 17th March, the children will have their final Mock SATs week before the official week, which begins on the 12th May. Furthermore, you will be being invited to book in for Year 6 parents evening via the app; it would be brilliant if we could have full attendance for these very important meetings - your child's last here at Westerings!
Independent Learning Books: As mentioned on Dojo, children all have an independent learning book for them to complete their own revision/studies. It is up to the children how they use these but, as we have seen in recent weeks, those who are working at home are making HUGE progress! Spellings: artificial
