Year 2 - Music Performances

Hello Parents,
This is just a post to clarify the performances which are taking place over the next few weeks.
Tomorrow 30 children asked to go to a music festival in Westcliff and as we were only allowed to take 30 . We invited these children and sent Parent Pay requests for a coach payment. If you did not receive this or a letter from school then your child is not doing this event. I have already had confirmation from all children who are going so they know who they are.
As we could only take 30 children, we decided to put on an extra perfomance in school on Thursday afternoon next week, where the whole year group could show you the songs we have been learning but let the children, who didn't go to the festival, take the lead with the instruments.
I hope this clarifies some of your questions
If your child is going tomorrow then they will need a lunch box for an early lunch!
